Obituary for W. Paul Garron

W. PAUL GARRON

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of my beloved husband, Paul Garron on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 84 years.

Paul was predeceased by his first wife, Lois. Left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Carol, daughters, Betty Ann, Lynn (Carey) and Susan and his grandsons, Christian and Cameron.

Paul was born and raised in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. He joined the army and was in the Airborne Division. He loved to jump out of planes and was a brave and courageous man who fought for his country in the Korean War.

Paul loved to be around people and was glad to lend a helping hand. He was involved in many roles at the Legion and Peace Gardens. He was an active man who loved fishing, curling, wrestling and golfing. Paul loved life.

A funeral service celebrating Paul?s life will be held on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street.
