Obituary for Triss "James" Fulkerson

Triss (James) Fulkerson


It is with sadness the family announces that Triss (James) Fulkerson passed away at home, unexpectedly, Friday April 26, 2019 at the age of 62 years.


Triss was born June 11, 1956 in Dauphin, Manitoba to Gordon and Irene (née Harper) Fulkerson. He worked for CN for 30 years (1976-2006) and Home Depot in the lumber department for 10 years (2007-2017) prior to retiring in September 2017. He was an active member in the community, involved with the Cub Scouts, Fort Garry Curling club and Knights of Columbus with Blessed Sacrament church.


He is survived by his wife Lucie (née Péloquin), his five children James, Chantal (Ruben Ramalheiro), Renée (Alexander Scott), Elize (Jason Leach) and Celeste, as well as his five grandchildren Corey Fulkerson, Benjamin and Arthur Ramalheiro, Samuel Scott and Natasha Leach.


Cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating Triss’ life will be held Saturday May 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Coutu Funeral Home, 680 Archibald St, Winnipeg, MB.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honour of Triss’ blessed and abundant life, to Siloam Mission for the less fortunate, 300 Princess St, Winnipeg, MB R3B 1M3.
