Obituary for Terrence Roy Kichak

Terrence Roy Kichak

With sadness and love we share the sudden but peaceful passing of Terrence Roy Kichak on Friday, March 8, 2013.

Terrence (Terry) leaves behind his wife Isabel (Issey), his children Warren & Koreen, and his grandkids Durham, Halem, & Elise. Also left to morn his passing are his mother, Sophie, brothers Dennis (Colleen) & Larry and sister Sandy (Darryl) as well as numerous dear in-laws, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and close friends.

Terry grew up in Elmwood and lived many places. He met Issey in Regina during his years at the Bank of Montreal. They moved to Transcona in 1976 and raised their family there. At that time Terry moved from banking to Greyhound Bus Lines, where he excelled at service & retired as a ticket agent in 2007. Terry’s one of a kind sense of humour & love of life would bring smiles to the hearts of all who knew him. He always had a piece of kubi or a pepperoni to offer & some complimentary napkins too.

Cremation has taken place and a Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 505 Brewster St., Friday, March 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.

We are so thankful for the support & love from our dear friends Gail Beavis & Jim Benzie, the caring nature of Winnipeg Paramedics & Police Services, and prayers from our family & friends.

Flowers are gratefully declined, any donations in memory of Terry may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation.

?You forgot to say goodbye when God called your name…?
