SHIRLEY ANN CAVANAGH
(nee McLennan)
June 18, 1937 – February 4, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Shirley Cavanagh on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at the age of 86 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jim and daughter-in-law, Cindy.
She will be lovingly remembered and forever cherished by her children: Paul, Ken (Bride) and Gord (Brenda); grandchildren: Chris (Tabitha), Josh, Amanda, Robbie (Angela), Jamie (Kennan), Kristie and Riley; and eight great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.
To honour Shirley’s memory and her love of the Winnipeg Jets, take a moment the next time you cheer them on or put a jersey, she was their biggest fan.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Don, Elaine, Deanna, Carol, Marilyn, Russ, Jimmy, Lynn, Robert and Joan for their support and love during this time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Diabetes Canada.
