Obituary for Ronald Edward Turner

RONALD EDWARD TURNER

May 17, 1928 ~ August 30, 2019


Ronald was born in Sandilands, MB and lived in Winnipeg since 1935.


He worked at the weather office at airport and attended UBC for Pre-Med and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Pedagogy. He was a principal and a teacher in Northern MB., Woodridge MB. and Hoffer Colony. He was proud of the position he held as president of the Hutterian Teachers Association. He eventually retired to spend time at his beloved cabin in Matlock, MB. Ronald thoroughly enjoyed being a member of Board of Adjustment – City of Winnipeg for a number of years.


A graveside service will be held at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Cemetery in Cook’s Creek, MB. on Friday, August 6, 2019 at 3:30 p.m.
