Obituary for Robert Paul Zizman

Robert Paul Zizman, born April 9th, 1954, died April 13th, 2013.

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Robert at his home in Winnipeg on April 13th, 2013. Robert endured a lengthy, debilitating illness that struck him in his thirties ending a promising and fulfilling career in mechanical technology. At the time of this occurrence, Robert was working for General Electric of Canada as a Technical Director in their power generation department in British Columbia. Prior to his ailment he was very active in sports, outdoor activities and his hobbies. Robert was predeceased by his father Peter, brothers Barry, Keith and Steven, and nephew Raphael. He will be remembered lovingly for his strength when he was at his best and his courage when he wasn?t, by his mother Anna Zizman, sister Andrea and brothers Kevin and wife Jane, Gordon, Bryon and wife Blanca and family, and Philip and wife Corinne and family. Robert will be interred in Thunder Bay, Ontario this summer at the family cemetery when a special service will be conducted in memory of him and the members of his family that preceded him. We will be rejoined again in our Lord?s house. The family of Robert Zizman appreciates the fine services provided for him by E.J. Coutu & Co. Funeral Directors and their staff.
