Miguel Mario Gosselin
June 14, 1954 – May 9, 2021
It is with sadness the family announces that Miguel Gosselin passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital, with his family by his side, on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the age of 66.
Miguel will be missed by his four beloved children, Jeshua Gosselin, Geneviève Holenski (Jason), Mireille Salamandyk (Joshua) and Patrick Gosselin, all of Winnipeg; his grandchildren, Willow, Lucas, Oliver, Logan; his dear mother Yolande Gosselin (née Hébert). As well as many more friends and family.
Miguel was predeceased by his father Gérard Gosselin and brother Berne Gosselin.
The family would like to sincerely thank the staff in the Palliative Care unit at the St. Boniface Hospital for the wonderful care given to their father. Also, thank you all for your kind words of condolences.
In keeping with Miguel’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private funeral mass with family will be held, internment to follow in the St. Malo Cemetery. A celebration of Miguel’s life will be held at a later date when restrictions are lifted.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Miguel may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7.
