Obituary for Larry Kenneth Edward Leadbeater
Larry Kenneth Edward Leadbeater was born on August 17, 1942 and peacefully passed away on October 31, 2022. It is with deep sorrow we announce the loss of our husband and father.
Larry was born in Crystal City Manitoba to parents Edna and Albert. He lived in Manitou and attended high school, then moved to Winnipeg where he married Bernice Kowaluk on May 18, 1968. He was employed with Ogilvie Flour Mills, IBM and Collins & Company. Larry enjoyed hockey, golf and curling.
Larry was predeceased by son Reid, Mother Edna, Father Albert.
Larry leaves behind those who he cherished and loved, his wife Bernice, sons Ryan and Jason (Karen), brother Bev (Jayne), and nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Larry’s life will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 11:00 am at the United Church in Meadowood (1111 Dakota St.) with a luncheon to follow and burial at St. Vital Cemetery afterwards.
