Leandre Andre Joseph Durand
October 19, 1934 - January 4, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father Leandre at the age of 87 on January 4, 2022 at the Health Science Centre.
Leandre is lovingly remembered by his daughter Micheline Williams; granddaughter Megan (Nick) and great-grandson Sid; daughter Aline Durand; daughter Odette Miller (Mike) and granddaughters Madeline and Isabelle. Survived by brother Alain (Helene+), sisters-in law Aline and Deanna.
Predeceased by parents Maxime and Marie Durand (nee LeMoullec); by siblings Cecile (Raymond Pallard), Therese (Robert Fouasse), Paul (Aline), Hubert (Deanna), Gertrude (Jean Simoens), Damien.
He remained close with his nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be missed by his friends and neighbours past and present.
Flowers are gratefully declined, if friends so desire a donation in memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
A memorial service celebrating Leandre’s life will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street.
The family respectfully asks that all those joining us to celebrate Leandre's life to please wear a mask.
