Alfred Lussier age 74 born on November 4, 1948 in Cartier, Manitoba.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce his sudden passing on August 23 2023.
He was surrounded by family when he passed peacefully.
Alfred was pre-deceased by his Wife Marlene; Daughter Cynthia; Parents Maria and Napoleon; Brothers Gerald, Joseph, Robert, Andre, and Antoine; Sisters Florence and Denise.
He is survived by his sister Leona; Daughters Jennifer (James), Rachelle (Ron), Valerie (Cory), Carol-Lee (Fred), Sarah-Jane (Doug); and Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren.
Alfred worked all of his life, until the love of his life needed him to be home to care for her, at which time he stopped working.
Alfred was always happy, enjoyed life, cared for his family, and never wanted to bother anyone.
He had his weekly outings at The West Kildonan Legion where he would enjoy the meat draws on Saturday, Cribbage tournaments on Sunday as well as Monday night bingo at the Belgian club Legion.
He also enjoyed watching his sports which included his fave football team the BC Lions, His fave hockey team the Boston Bruins as well as baseball.
Our Dad was a simple man who everyone loved.
Viewing will be held on Friday August 25, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at E.J. Coutu &Co. Funeral Directors located at 680 Archibald St.
