JACQUES MAURICE JOSEPH FOREST
April 7, 1961 – September 13, 2013
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jacques on Friday, September 13, 2013 at the age of 52 years.
Jacques will be sadly missed by his beloved spouse, Caroline, son, Justin, as well as, his mother, Agathe Forest, sisters, Paulette (Chester) Pang, Louise (Dan) Berg, niece, Breanne, nephews, Derek, Reece, Jordan, Caolan and Ryan. He is also survived by many family members and friends. Jacques was predeceased by his father, Denis Forest.
The family would like to express its sincere gratitude for the excellent care and support Jacques received from the staff of Concordia Hospital ER & ICU and Winnipeg Police, Fire and Paramedic Services.
A prayer vigil for Jacques will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Bernadette Church, 820 Cottonwood Road. A funeral mass celebrating Jacques’ life will be held on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. also at St. Bernadette Church.
