Obituary for Isabelle Dorothy La Forme

ISABELLE LA FORME

It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Isabelle La Forme on Thursday, September 18, 2013 at Deer Lodge Centre at the age of 79 years.


Born December 18th 1933 in Acadia Valley, Alberta to Annie and Peter Parneta. Isabelle moved with her parents to Sheho, Saskatchewan in 1938 where she spent her school years. After graduation she came to Winnipeg and was employed in the Treasury Department of the Winnipeg Electric Co. Due to various takeovers and amalgamations retired from the City of Winnipeg after 32 years of service. During her years with the City Finance Department obtained her Registered Accounting Degree.


Isabelle was predeceased by her first husband, Alexander Amon and second husband, Charles (Ed) La Forme, as well as, her parents Peter and Annie Parneta.


She leaves to mourn her brothers, Alex of Sheho, Saskatchewan and Bill (Jo-Anne) of Port Moody, British Columbia, brother-in-law, Gerry (Shirley) La Forme of Thunder Bay, Ontario and many nieces and nephews.


In keeping with Isabelle?s wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
