Obituary for Scott Davison

It is with sadness that we announce the death of Scott Davison who passed
peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital on April 30, 2022.

He was born to Mary and Frank Davison in Sudbury, Ontario on December 9, 1942. Upon finishing high
school, Scott joined the Canadian Army in 1963 and served in Germany from 1965 to 1969. He then joined the RCMP as a civilian member in Winnipeg and after retiring from the RCMP in 1993 he subsequently joined the RCMP Veterans Association (MB Division). Scott was an active, enthusiastic, and faithful member of the Christ the King Council of the Knights of Columbus since 1994.

Scott is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy (Goebel), whom he married in 1975.

He was an avid reader, particularly history and sports, was crazy about the Jets and Bombers, and loved being with family and friends while celebrating good times, whatever the occasion. Together, Scott and
Dorothy enjoyed golfing and their travels took them all over Europe and North America. Upon moving to the Seine River Retirement Residence, they continued to enjoy each other’s company; he will be sadly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favourite charity. A private gravesite service will be held at a later date.
