Obituary for Guy Antoine Hogue

GUY ANTOINE HOGUE

August 27,1947 ? February 20, 2013

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our husband, dad, and grandfather Guy Antoine Hogue at the age of 65 years.

Guy is survived by his wife, Audrey, his sons, Tyler, Trevor (Elaine), Randy (Jill) and his grandsons, Christopher and Michael.

Guy was born and raised in the Ile Des Chenes area where he spent his entire life operating a dairy farm. He was a fortunate man in that he loved his work and was well read in all farming matters. A man of many talents, his skills encompassed carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, welding and veterinary matters.

He was a man who would put hard work first and instilled this in everyone who worked with him. Although he was a very busy man he always made every effort to help anyone who asked and will always have the respect of anyone who knew him.

Guy enjoyed traveling to many Mexican and Caribbean hotspots. His most recent hobby was riding his horse, Koko at Bird’s Hill Park.

A funeral mass will be held in his honour at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Christ the King Church, 847 St. Mary’s Rd. with Father Renato Pasinato officiating.
