Obituary for Frederick Winston Saunders
FREDERICK WINSTON SAUNDERS
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Frederick Winston Saunders Sr., at the age of 78 years.
Born in Cunupia, Trinidad and Tobago, Frederick “Bob” was predeceased by his parents Frederick Wainwright Saunders and Babboni “Barbara” Dwarika, his sisters, Hetty (Hassranna) and Pearl (Bash), his wife Evelyn Lois Saunders (nee Van Den Bussche) and son Frederick Winston Saunders Jr.
He leaves behind to celebrate and remember his life, sister Carol (Mahomad), brother Rodrick (Guy), his two daughters, Sherry-Lynn and Pearl Saunders, sister-in-law Brenda Roache, nephews Michael Roache and Dale Roache, niece Wendy Roache and great-grandnephews Zane Wakeham, Declan Neufeld and Mason Roache.
Fred was a family man who loved camping and traveling with his family, he also enjoyed working in his garden.
The family would like to say thank you to the Nurses, Doctors, Health Care Aides and support staff at Actionmarguerite St. Joseph Personal Care Home for the exceptional care they provided for Fred.
In keeping with Fred’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
