Floyd Stoodley
Feb 15, 1930 to June 28, 2020
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Floyd Stoodley on June 28, 2020 at the age of 90 years.
Floyd was predeceased by love of his life Carol in 2009 and all of his siblings save his youngest brother Leonard.
He will be greatly missed by children Wayne (Vicki), Debra (Robert), Roy (Darlene), Dianne (Pascal) and Joanie (Ivan), many grandchildren and great grandchildren and also an estranged son Barry.
Floyd worked at the Winnipeg Clinic but spent the majority of his career at the old and new Victoria General Hospital as a power engineer.
Floyd loved to travel, his cottage at Grand Beach, and his many years playing baseball, volleyball and all of his years golfing.
Floyd cherished his friends at Riverside Lions Manor and the memories of cards and camping with the LaCoste family. Many thanks to the wonderful, caring staff at River Park Gardens.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
