Obituary for Eveline Marie Helene Gauthier
EVELINE MARIE HELENE GAUTHIER
Peacefully and surrounded by her family, Eveline Marie Helene Gauthier, 67 years old, passed away on March 10, at 10:36 p.m., at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre.
She was the wife of Lionel Leclerc, they have been together for 34 years. Eveline was born on April 20th, 1954. She was born in St. Boniface, the third of six children, to Germain and Flore Gauthier.
Eveline worked at Club St. B as head waitress for many years, and was known by the name “Peanuts” by her many favourite customers.
She is Survived by her husband, Lionel Leclerc, and son, Norm Gauthier (Amanda), and grandchildren, Ali (Tristan), Nathan and Sydnee. As well as her brother Marcel, and her sister Germaine (Ed Sabot), and her brother-in-law Rene Bourrier. As well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by, both of her parents, her brothers Maurice and Leon, her sister Yvette, and sister-in-law Fernande.
The family would like to thank the staff at HSC, GA4 ward and MICU unit for all their support and care.
The viewing and funeral service will be held on March 21, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., at EJ. Coutu & Co. Funeral Directors, at 680 Archibald St. in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
