With great sorrow we announce the death of Peter McConville, at home, on Sunday, November 29th, 2020, age 68. Loving and devoted husband to Marian. Beloved Father of Alan and Cathy (deceased). Proud Grandfather of Audrey. Peter will be sadly missed by his family in Ireland and in Canada.
Peter was born in Banbridge, Northern Ireland on December 6th, 1951. From an early age, he was a gifted artist. His paintings are on show in homes and businesses throughout Winnipeg. In 2003, Peter and Mayberry Fine Art began a successful and warm partnership which continued to his death. Peter touched countless people with his artwork and achieved great success. Before retirement he was Director of the design department at Pollard Banknote Ltd.
All who knew him personally, knew he was a humble, loving, family man.Peter was very generous with his time. He coached soccer for years, and did volunteer work at the Manitoba Remand Centre and Artbeat Studios. He designed and built sets for the Tara Players. His efforts in the community will be greatly missed.

A 'Celebration of Life' will take place, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Siloam Mission.
